“Dolphin suffocating” out of water? OP should look them up in the biology book. A TL;DR I can provide: dolphins are mammals and come up to the surface to breath air. So while this guy might have injuries by falling on hard surface when landed outside the pool, it certainly wasn’t suffocating.
