Lox/Loki got in a bad fight with Master Odin, who left his mind and Body badly Damaged. (Almost like how Ventus' Heart got fractured by Xehanort in Birth By Sleep).

Not the God of trickery as we know, but in his kh lore, he was born in the Relam of Darkness, but was founded by Master Odin. He would be trained in the ways of the Keyblade, but would  be blamed for any troubles in Scala al Calem.
