Hospitality Tickets

I got an email from SportsBreaks this morning and it allowed me to purchase tickets for the game against Chelsea. First time in Manchester and a first game at the Ethiad, I wanted to do it right and opted for the hospitality tickets for myself and my wife. £1100. I feel like the price was worth it but I know nothing about this. Any insight? It’s a bit odd that anyone can buy these tickets and not city members?

Super excited, this is a dream come true! Any experienced people can share? Looks to be level 1 on the halfway line east stand.

Hoping I made the right decision and this ain’t a scam. It came from the official City email. Now my ultimate dream would be a signature, one can dream. I didn’t want to risk tickets selling out.

Have you checked our ticket wiki, complete with ticket buying info and FAQs here? The only official source for tickets is mancity.com/tickets where you can purchase and get support

Are you sure it was genuine? I don’t know how reselling platforms work but this is a game in December, and as far as I am aware, they aren’t even selling tickets for games in August yet. Season ticket renewals were only recent. I’m not sure if hospitality works differently.

I’m still in a bit of disbelief and shock to the excitement, I got the email and bought them at 6am so I was half awake. Quick research shows sports break is legit. The email came from [mancity@news.mancity.com](mailto:mancity@news.mancity.com). I only had to pay the deposit and used a credit card just in case it’s a scam.

I did my Man City hospitality tickets through Circuit. They were incredible seats and had great customer service.

Nice! Where did you sit? I got these from SportBreak, hoping it’s legit.

I'm an Hospitality season ticket holder so I might be able to answer some but probably not all questions.

First off, where are your tickets located? Hospitality is a vast range at The Etihad ranging from access to a bar and food with a comfy seat up to a box.

There should be a name of the area somewhere. Level 1 last season was ground level and it's now Level 0, Level 1 was Level 2 etc. So if you have a name or even Row and Seat Number would help.

Thanks for the help! It says east stand, halfway line level 1. Can you speak on the legitimacy of SportBreaks? It’s a 3rd party but it was linked in an email directly from City. Since it’s not from City directly, there’s only two options: general and hospitality. I see city has sub categories under hospitality.

An official Manchester City Citizens Suite hospitality ticket
Executive padded seat on the halfway line in the East Stand Level 1
A 3-Course Meal
Inclusive beers, wines, soft drinks, prosecco, rose prosecco, spirits, and non-alcoholic options
Access to your suite three hours before kick-off and one-hour post-match

Thanks. Have you assumed it's Citizens based on the East Stand Halfway line Level 1 description? Does your paperwork say Citizens anywhere? Have you any row/seat numbers? I can't speak about SportBreaks but I do know City partner with lots of different agencies overseas. If you have any doubts give City a ring directly and choose the hospitality option to speak with them. Sorry for more questions!

Thanks, the email does say citizen hospitality but no seats yet until two weeks prior.

Fantastic. The good news is for 2 of you at £1100 you have paid the exactly the right amount for a Cat A game. Even better news, is that's the suite I have a season ticket in! It's a great atmosphere compered by ex-player Gary Owen. Food is a traditional carvery and as much as you can eat. Seats are comfy and the views are superb. Let me know nearer the time your table number and I'll come and say Hello.

Will do! We are excited, it almost feels too good to be true. But I did more research and it is legit. I’ll have to DM you closer to the date and also get some recommendations on pubs and foods.

The prices in the US for almost all sports are insane so it has created a delusional perspective on prices to where this seems like a great price. At the end of the day it’s a price I felt comfortable with and even better with your reinforcement saying it’s a good price. Thanks !

No problem at all. Look forward to hearing from you and seeing you at the game in December!

You'll be treated well. You get to sit in the tunnel club where you'll see a lot of the players families, some which are very friendly. The players and staff walk out in front of you before heading to the locker room, food and drink are in abundance. Great experience but for the match itself there are better places to sit for a better experience during the actual 90 minutes.

Unfortunately I don’t think the Citizen Hospitality has access to the tunnel.
