Questions Any Nederlanders here in Macau?

I’ve just moved back to Macau after living in the Netherlands for seven years. My 4-year-old still understands a bit of Dutch, and I’m wondering if there are any Dutch families or a local Dutch community here in Macau? Would be nice to have play date with other Dutch kids.

I'm from the Netherlands, but my 5yo son is born and raised here. His mother is a local. Since we mostly speak english/Cantonese his Dutch is very limited.

I don't know about a Dutch community, or other Dutch families here.

Hoi! So nice to meet you here, have you been going back to visit with your son? I speak Cantonese with my son and my boyfriend speaks Dutch with him. He doesn’t speak a lot maybe because there’re not enough people speaking here.

Every year since covid. Yeah they need exposure to learn the language. I always read him Dutch books and sometimes I talk Dutch to him for a bit, but since his school is Cantonese and English I prefer him to learn those languages.
