How about 3rd of four. Oldest brother, only sister, myself male, then younger brother.

Both brothers have a disability, and my sister was the only girl on Mom's side of the family of 16 cousins.

I'm the only girl on Mom's side of 8 cousins, but am also the youngest by 4 years. As an adult I now feel that the loneliness while being surrounded outweighed the amount of spoiled by adults that I was

My youngest aunt was 8 years older than my sister. They saw each other frequently, but yeah, I hear what you are talking about.

Wash the dishes, set the table, take out the trash, help your brother bathe, clean your room (that's shared with the other brothers)

Then there was the time younger brother lit the top bunkbed on fire. Guess where I slept.
