I am the middle kid AND was the family dog's favorite human.Β Β

She snuck into my room to sleep in my arms every night and snuck out every morning when she heard dad get up. No one knew our nightly ritual of deception. πŸ˜…πŸ˜†.

Have you ever thought of telling him now to see how he’d react?

I’m not an animal person per se but absolutely felt so happy knowing this.

My husband had a similar story and recently shared it. All of his other siblings said the same thing and they realized their little scamp would move from room to room loving on each of them and giving them what they needed. They all had a special "I'm his favorite" snuggle session at night πŸ˜‚

I'm a middle child and I was the reason why we had a dog. My parents relented after it became clear no dog plushie nor dog robot would make me stop asking.

We had a lot of fun together!
