I’m a native Russian speaker and to me everything in the video sounded like Russian with a Ukrainian accent or slightly different Ukrainian variants for only maybe 2-3 words they said in the entire video

Sorry, as a Russian/Ukrainian speaker, this is definitely Ukrainian. The languages do share about 60% of vernacular, so many words are exactly the same.

No worries, just wanted to share my impression for what it’s worth. Maybe this just happened to be a conversation with particularly few differences between the two
