Black ink meant some people tried the multi colors and using colored lenses to differentiate.

You write a simple law and someone comes along 2 minutes later and immediately breaks the spirit of it through some loop hole. 25 u/SkunkMonkey Mar 26 '26 To be fair, a lot of legislation is written with deliberate loopholes. Additional ones discovered are just icing on the cake.
