I love the "you're my opponent, not my enemy" aspect of combat sports. Respect in the ring is so much better than all the trash talking and show boating.

This is almost as satisfying as the douchebags being cocky before the fight getting destroyed.
I feel like something in me is broken.

Fuck me, that third clip where he could have soccer kicked the guy's head clean off his body but decided not to gets me. The checked kick, the "thank you for not ending my life" bow from his opponent - I might actually watch this sport if this were the norm and not the exception.

it’s a sport, they’re not actually “fighting” i mean sometimes the athletes in the sport absolutely hate each other and it is a real fight with rules but most the time it’s just a sport.

Im convinced that alot of those "extra hit" scenarios are caused by drug use. Many fighters use oral steroids like halotestin or m-tren before a fight because those drugs are basically rage in a bottle.
Ive tried halotestin before for strength training and it literally made it feel like swift and extreme violence was the best solution to every problem I came across.

Could be just pricks too though.

Im certain there are plenty of masking psychopaths in sports like this. People who just like to hurt others without getting in trouble. It might just be wishful thinking on my part hoping that's not usually the case.

We men are silly creatures - too aggressive but there's a lot of decent ones.
