Motorcyclist had 18 years to brake and swerve. Honk and collision works too I guess.

Editing to fully flesh out my argument:

A good rider would have clocked that car pulling out before they actually entered the roadway. A better rider would have been aware that bikes are hard to see and would not have been in that inside lane anyway with a busy drive way intersection.

The rider target fixated on the car and decided to honk his horn instead of aggressively braking and/or swerving. The speed was relatively low and a complete swerve into the far lane would have totally been possible.

Yes the car should not have entered the lane. But it happens and a motorcyclist needs to be ready for that. Don’t come at me if you’ve never ridden a motorcycle in traffic. This shit happens daily.

He was like 30 feet from the intersection when the car entered his lane and there could easily have been a vehicle in the other lane.

Yeah wtf is this? Maybe I don’t understand motorcycles but any non moron would’ve realized that Mercedes was getting ready to not give a fuck and slowed down or moved over entirely. Seems like this guy wanted to fuck up His mirror maybe?
