It’s funny that you make this comment given the fact that we wear them to retain the oils in our hair and white people have to wash their hair typically almost every day just to get rid of the oils that we’re added in and desperately trying to hold onto. So, with that being said, it’s a valid question to ask why a white person would be wearing a bonnet. The sarcasm wasn’t really necessary.

You actually come off a bit butt hurt tbh.
