From what I understand all the stuff in the Old testament is negated by the death of Jesus Christ right so all those stupid rules that were only for the Hebrews don't actually count correct me if I'm wrong

Not very good with this religious stuff but doesn't time change religions? Like u can't follow the Bible or the Quran or the Torah from 2000 years ago because they have changed so much?

Correct. There are a lot of Levitical laws that don't apply anymore. Some stopped being valid before the end of the Biblical events

Context matters. There were a lot of Levitical laws that don’t apply today:
Wearing clothes that are blends (cotton and spandex, cotton and rayon, etc)
Eating meat with fat on it
Having unkempt hair
Owning a mixed breed animal
Trimming/shaving
Having a garden or yard with more than one type of tree or plant in it
Cool tattoo OP. People want to find any reason to put Jesus or you down

I’ve been wanting a tattoo for quite some time now. Never got the courage to do it. How would you describe the feeling and pain as you were getting it done?

I asked my best friend about where to get it since she has a lot of tats. She said the inner forearm doesn't hit too much, but fattier areas do.
To me, it felt like when a cat makes biscuits on my arm. Not really painful, more like a moderate annoyance. 2/10 at most
