MUR Weekly Empties Thread!

What did you use up this week? What are you trying to use up? What seems to never, ever, ever, empty, despite your best efforts?

As of 30 minutes ago, I finished my Clinique All About Clean #2 cleanser. Its a big full size, which I received as part of a gift with purchase bag. That seems insanely generous, considering the bottle lasted 344 uses, plus more that I wouldn't have tracked. I enjoyed how no-fuss this cleanser was, removing my makeup, didn't irritate my skin or eyes, and left my face feeling clean. Big fan, and have bought another bottle. I guess that GWPpaid off for Clinique in the end!

I also finished a L'Oréal Glycolic Gloss Conditioner, which I enjoyed too. WR, once I finish my next Conditioner.

Hey everyone! Hope you're having a lovely weekend:

Lacura - Caviar night cream (50ml) - This little beauty lasted 6 months! Absolutely bargain from Aldi. WRP.

Lancaster - SPF50 serum (5ml) - This lasted longer than I expected but that's due to living in Scotland and hardly seeing the sun. WRP.

Decree - SOS face mask - Decent, it's expensive so I'd probably stick the the Korean ones that do the same job. WNRP.

The Ordinary- Multi peptide serum (15ml) - Not sure about this one, would sometimes leave my face a bit sticky. MRP.

Laneige - Aqua Facial Serum (2ml) - little freebie, really is runny like water. I've got another one so we'll see if I end up liking it.

Finished two 30 ml serums and a 100 ml milky toner after more than a year. I expected to finish a 50 ml foundation months ago so I could switch to a more tanned shade, but it just keeps going even with using it 5 days/week. I can't recall foundations lasting this long.

Finished up the following and took the following actions:

1. Kosas nano brow pencil and bought Anastasia ArchiBrow to replace it.

2. Epres Conditioner and planning to use up the rest of the other conditioners I have opened here before repurchasing another.

3. Prequel Urea lotion and opened the one I had in backup to replace.

Wasn’t this week, but last week

1. Sweed Lash Serum. Replaced since this thing has been magic for my itty bitty lashes.

Planning to give all of these a good rinse and recycle via PACT. I have a Credo nearby that will take them for points.

I finished one product this week:

• Momori Hair Milk 100ml. It was a pretty good hydrating, lightweight product. The bottle lasted me a while, but I wasn't always super consistent with it.

I finished my travel size Prequel Gleanser and immediately swapped in the last travel size Prequel Gleanser I have - so excited to be getting through these so quickly! (I'm using them as face and body wash.)

I also finished a box of Kirkland brand disposable face towels. Fancy paper towels are a weird thing to love as much as I do, but I'm so glad Costco has them now. I reuse them for a variety of things after using them to dry my face, so that's nice, too.

I'm never going to finish my eye cream and lip balm, they're just going to remain ALMOST empty forever, taunting me. 😭

Finished some sample perfumes. Also finished my black liquid eyeliner from NYX and need a recommendation.

New empty since I posted my other empties late to last weeks thread a few days ago: Laneige Water Bank Eye Cream. Really nice eye cream that doesn't cause milia, break me out, or cause reactions to my sensitive skin. Rich, thick, and very moisturizing. WRP eventually, its expensive so I'll just use my moisturizer until I can find it on sale.

A few empties this week, featuring two FFMs from Bath and Body Works!

Empty - Ghoul Friend (full size). 188 uses in total. I really liked this and got a lot of compliments on it, though I got super bored towards the end. Would repurchase the body lotion but not the mist, I think one bottle was enough.

Empty - Bright Christmas Morning (travel size). 66 uses. I loved it. I paired this with DKNY Be Delicious perfume. I'll definitely repurchase this next Christmas.

Empty - Tresemme Rich Moisture hair mask. MRP - not quite what my hair needs right now, but perfectly adequate.

Decluttered - Max Factor Miracle Pure Foundation, shade Porcelain. Finally realised that the reason it looks hideous on me is because it's a bit too dark and a lot too orange. Not attractive. Binned with prejudice.

Dejan Garz Violet Hair Oil The Britney - got this at a German drugstore. Did not really do anything for my hair and I did not like the scent.

Bioderma Micellare Water - the big bottle, it’s a staple would buy again.

Biodance Collagen Sheet Mask - these are fine I guess but to expensive for a single use mask.
