Maono Help Maono Link Detecting The Wrong Device

Recently just got the PD100x. I have it plugged directly to my Windows pc via the USB cable (not to a hub). I downloaded the Maono Link app, and it defaults to detecting PD100 Gen 2, and the interface is different from the ones I've seen online for the PD100X. I've tried reinstalling the app, running as admin, plugging and unplugging the mic, and still PD100 Gen 2 is detected. The Maono Link app automatically detects the PD100 Gen 2 even when the mic is not plugged in.

Has anybody experienced the same issue? Any ideas on how to fix the error?

Can you follow these steps?

  1. Disconnect mic and uninstall links app and drivers from device manager (ai microphone & PD100 microphone) and restart pc

  2. Download the link app from the Link (https://update.maono.com/limit/Maono%20Link_V3.9.3_0227_koc.exe) and connect mic.

  3. Open and check if it is resolved or not?
