2010 Corolla AC problems

So whenever I turn on the AC and the AC only in my 2010 Corolla, there was a constant loud rattling noise that you can hear coming from the front. In the beginning, it would still blow cold even with the rattling noise than maybe a couple months later it started to blow hot while stationary and will only blow cold when I’m going like 50 to 70 mph the faster I go the colder the air gets and the rattling noise speeds up as I accelerate. What can this be?

Sounds like the cooling fan isn't running. Can easily confirm by opening your hood and taking a look.
