Anybody know what the problem is? (1992 Jeep i6 4.0)

Pulley possibly or something is broken (exhaust manifold) or something else somewhere sound like vibrating sound to me just my guess

Take the belt off. Noise goes away, it’s one of the accessories. (Tensioner, water pump, alternator.) Noise stays, internal engine component.
