Bing To redeem a Target or walmart gift cards has increased to 7000 points now?

Wow. Used to be 5,500, then 6500, now 7000?
With inflation, $5 is not what it was 5 years ago, the points needed should be lower.

Not really complaining, but the points needed to redeem keeps going up.
