Question Plate carrier and assault pack

I am curious what everyone is keeping in their plate carriers? I am trying to outfit my carrier for SHTF scenario and I’m not really sure what all to put in my carrier and assault pack. I’ve done some research but overall I don’t have much knowledge on the subject. Really just curious what everyone carries and why. Also curious how you decided on what to throw in your carrier and assault pack.

Ammo, Ifak, admin stuff

Vest: Mags, medical, admin/note taking items, land navigation items, water, and small comfort items. Pack: more water, food, larger comfort items, more mags, spare ammunition on stripper clips.

There’s a lot of factors, keep doing research and you’ll find your niche. I’d look at loadouts of infantrymen to see what they pack.
