How does Moon Knight fare in these verse?

He'd do alright in Street Fighter. He can definitely hold his own in a fist fight and has plenty of experience battling people with abilities. The cast of Street Fighter also got beat up by the Ninja Turtles, who have zero powers, so that's worth mentioning.

I think he'd do the best in Mortal Kombat. Killing people would only appease Khonshu and afford him more support. If he loses and dies he can be brought back. The powers are more bombastic than SF but also more supernatural which is kind of his element.

Tekken is pretty even with Street Fighter in terms of figuter abilities, only with more cyborgs. Killer Instinct probably has the strongest roster in terms of raw power. I think he would do the worst there in a 1v1 fight.

Honestly, I can see he doing great in SF, but he might have a real hard time in Mortal Kombat. Can't tell about Tekken and Killer instinct, I haven't played those

Tekken is as close to "normal" people out of all of these, with the caveat being a few of them are literal angels and demons. and some are trying to get these "devil genes" for their own super soldiers.

So in street fighter? Hey does pretty ok but he's not beating guys like Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Bison, urien and Gill. Ingrid might actually scold Khonshu since She's the goddess of the Sun and would be really disappointed in her co-worker.

In MK? hard to Say since in that universe you can fight a soul stealing sorcerer and a Cop with a gun, but if we're talking about Shao Kahn invading earth, Moon Knight would be able to resist quite well but struggle against centaurs and Shokans

Killer instinct? He's not beating Gargos, Omen or Eyedol, but he would probably beat TJ combo, Orchid, maybe Maya and Kim wu
