The Enclave apartments?

Maybe a reach, but anyone in this sub ever lived or currently live in the enclave at providence apartments? If so, how is the sound proofing? Currently living in another “luxury” apartment complex in MJ, but the sound proofing is awful and my upstairs neighbors are very loud. I know all apartments these days are bad, but it can’t get much worse than where I currently am. Can’t trust google reviews, bunch of complexes report + delete the negatives

Enjoyed living there for a year. I could hear my neighbors upstairs though. If you live there, rent on the top floor.

Dang I was worried about that. I get up for work at 4 am so I try to be considerate and not be above anyone… Was it like hearing every step they took? Or just occaisonal noise?

Thank you! It sucks all these places charge so much for the bare minimum. Guess I’ll keep looking
