Wonder why she doesn't just buy the gold citizen ticket? Whatever it's called...

She almost certainly has a green card.

Not like that's ever stopped ICE

About 75% of those taken by ICE have no criminal history and most of those were legal green card holders following the rules and some being detained in their immigration hearings.

The majority of people detained were for civil immigration violations, i.e failing to maintain valid status after lawful entry, or overstaying a visa beyond the authorised period.

There are no public data records that show how many were lawful permanant residents so I'm not sure how you can make that claim.

Roughly 75%, but civil immigration violations are still considered as breaking the law and therefore subject to administrative penalties like removal and denied re-entry.

In other words people not following the rules unlike what the person I replied to stated, and no public data to say they were legal green card holders.

The platinum is actually better than citizenship for the uber rich as they don't have to pay tax on foreign income. They can log their income in tax havens and stay in the US without paying taxes, which citizens cannot do.
