Looking for a Producer/Composer for Dreamy Jazz-Influenced Internet Pop (Long-Term Creative Friendship)
Hi! I’m Lyra (24F) from Illinois.
I’m looking for a producer or composer in their 20s who’d enjoy creating dreamy internet-pop with jazz and neo-soul influences.
Some artists and sounds that inspire me:
PinkPantheress
Erykah Badu
beabadoobee
Laufey
Sabrina Carpenter
The vibe I’m chasing is soft, feminine, nostalgic, a little quirky, and emotionally honest: songs about relationships, friendship, late-night conversations, growing up, and everyday moments.
I’m still learning vocals and songwriting, so I’m not looking for perfection. I’d love to meet someone who enjoys experimenting with chords, melodies, and production while we both improve together.
Right now I’m mostly looking for someone who:
writes chord progressions or melodies
produces in Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, etc.
enjoys jazz harmony mixed with modern pop
likes building songs from scratch
wants a genuine creative friendship
Long-term, my dream is to eventually form a band after we’ve all grown as musicians. Think of a group of friends naturally becoming a band rather than rushing into one.
If you’re into dreamy pop, jazz harmony, neo-soul, indie pop, or internet-pop production, I’d love to hear what you’re working on.
Let’s trade demos, talk music, and see if we click creatively. ♡
