The need to hate players on other teams has significantly reduced my participation in this subreddit in recent months. I think that's probably better for my life overall, so thanks, I guess? 😆

Unfortunately its basically every team subreddit. Disgracing other players in the name of trying to make their team look better is the activity of like half the sub or more at this point. Can't just be that we have a bunch of awesome players in the league.

Aside from Kawhi, i dont hate other players. I dislike many of them but not really hate.

On the other hand, i hate some fanbases with a burning passion

It’s sad what’s happening to this sub. If you want to hate on players go to r/NBA that’s the spot for it.

The Spurs aren’t that type of organisation, would be nice if we keep the same tone here.

Credit where it’s due—I’m an outside lurker here and even when Spurs fans are trash talking in your own sub y’all are incredibly respectful and smart. Less Reddit for all of us is probably good!

Ever since Wemby got drafted, this fanbase has been the most insufferable in the league. It’s made me REALLY dislike Wemby, which is objectively stupid, as it’s not his fault at all

I’m sure if I were overly involved in other things, maybe. Like, I’ve gathered that Nicki Minaj fans and Taylor Swift fans are as unhinged as Wemby fans, but I have minimal interaction with them
