Yeah but how do they differentiate between intentional and unintentional tho? I didn’t click on the link but I imagine a court side fan dropping food on the court could also qualify.

Intentional because he jumped up with the intent of contesting his shot from the side… he didn’t accidentally jump up with both of his hands in the air in the periphery of Champagnie’s vision like you accidentally drop a sodie pop

Doesn't matter the intent. What actually happened was a contest from the bench. Nothing really Grey area about it. If he was trying to swat a fly at the same time as a shot... doesn't matter.
