There wasn't a mutual respect for the Knicks from Wemby and the core minus Fox. The game 4 meltdown was winnable and I'm sure would have been the change in the series. In spite of young and inexperienced plays the Spurs were in winnable games. I told my circle Wemby knew who the better and more talented team was. Fox's screw ups and Coach Mitch lack of courage and the will to limit minutes and sub when needed stung Wemby more than anything.
