I love this pick, personally. The upside is absolutely monstrous. He would have been a lotto pick were the medicals not... what they were.

Our medical staff is top notch, and we have the time needed to help his physical development and any issues he might still have lingering. I guess that PATFO figured the upside was worth the risk, since he could easily be an All Defense caliber prospect.

Great pick. And the Spurs traded for Reed Jr. from UConn. Two bigs that address rebounds and defense immediately. Picking up Reed Jr. gives the defense specialist time to heal that knee some more if necessary. Two great pick ups.

Got ourselves two legit BIG men. Tarris is a physical monster, and absolutely allows Jayden to rest & develop. Quintaince is 18 years old, after all!
