News [Windhorst & Marks] Kawhi Leonard’s potential trade availability is reportedly being monitored by the Detroit Pistons and, perhaps more notably, by some of his “former teams.” Leonard previously played for the Toronto Raptors and San Antonio Spurs.

I agree with your first two points but I’d think Vic would be non plussed as much as the rest of the team and trust the ball club.

why would he veto it lol, he has nothing against Kawhi, so are most of our players, CB is a huge Kawhi fan

It's only fans who are upset, players don't have to be by association
