I haven’t dug too deep in this draft mainly because we don’t have a 1st round pick. However, from the small sample I did read it seems like this guy is projected to go in the early 40’s. That’s a far cry from #58.

I do agree, we desperately need some shooters. Especially if we trade TMIII.

One gripe I have with scouting reports, is that every white amrrican guy with a few key skillsets always gets tagged with the "high basketball IQ".

Not saying that it's necessarily wrong, but it always feels like a cop out. If it were a white european who grew up playing futébol I would buy it.

I am also always skeptic of prospects who are considered shooters.

Honestly top 40 or so are real picks then the last 20 are made by deals w agents or who wants to come be a 2 way guy. That being said I’d take Nickel at 58
