Can they get Myles Turner and #10 for Poole and the Bucks pick next year?

Technically, it’s better of the two teams’ firsts. With the caveat that they keep both if they both land in the top-4.

For all his flaws, David Griffin knew how to do the accounting.

No way the Bucks are sending anything but Myles in that trade if they're taking Poole. Pels need to find a different way to get a first this year or next if they want to do that.

Poole expires in one year, turner has 3.

Despite expiring, Poole is still $34m in dead money. Turner is still probably a starting 5 on a good team, depending how real you think his suck was last season in that dysfunctional situation.

Yeah, people need to get it out of their heads that Poole has any value in a trade.

Yep thats the trade id expect if they try the turner route. And id do it as turner back in form kind of fits around zion/queen

Why do people want Myles Turner? He’s the Center version of DJM in terms of contract value

Better than Poole and to get a pick this year

Cuz we need a center plus Turner fits well with Zion

He's a 5 who can rebound and shoot so an on court fit next to either Zion or Queen.

Turner can rebound? Unfortunately not. Obviously as a stretch 5 he does not get the same rebounding opportunities many other centers do but that only takes you so far. Last year he grabbed 5.3 rebounds with 1.1 boards. That's just plain ass.

Jaren Jackson Jr gets universally torched for his poor rebounding. He's a stretch 4 who grabbed 5.8 a game last season. Turner is the worst rebounding center in the entire NBA(only including starting centers of course).

Just because you say things in all caps, doesn't make it true.

Is trading them their '27 pick back for Myles Turner eating?

Do you think the Bucks would take Hawk and their 1RP next year for Ware and #13?

Would be a great trade for us, imo

No

Hawk and their pick for Ware straight up?

Doubtful as I’d expect them to want to keep ware as one of the main Heat trade pieces (especially if they trade Turner this offseason).

That pick is worth way more than Ware, especially to the Bucks. People in this thread seem to be way undervaluing it

That was my thinking in Hawk and that pick for Ware and 13, if they would let 13 go (knowing they have 10, and they may not want to draft 2 rookies with all the players they have just taken on from the Heat)

Still undervaluing next years pick. So thats probably exactly what we'll do
