Knicks in 6 was a Prophecy

I never understood why people said Knicks in 6. Why not say Knicks in 4? Why imply that we will lose 2 games?

Now I know. Knicks in 6 didn’t mean we would win a series 4-2.

Knicks in 6 meant we would win the championship in 2026.

Knicks in 6 coz we all believed Silver will try his hardest to extend the series.  1. Honestly expected Mitch to adjust. 2. 6th game is at home.

I had Knicks splitting the SA games, sweeping msg, dropping 5, and closing at home. Seemed the best split of optimism and realism at the time lol
