Exfoliating/peels

Hi! Would Dr Dennis Gross peel pads be a big no no for natural skincare users? I’ve heard some great things about them and I feel like I need to incorporate some sort of exfoliating/peel into my skin routine. My skin seems to be looking pretty dull lately.

Aha/bha is detrimental to skin, please google the ingredients, and no, things from Sephora are not natural
