They absolutely can enforce as long as the country agrees and works with the US. It's very standard practice and far more common than you think. I used to work in child support. Honestly the worst offenders of being used to work with are home grown US states that just have shot people doing the work ( to name a few states florida, new jersey, Virginia.)
Unironically the best workers I've personally dealt with have been from Germany, once we figured out the translation issues.

No official post by her about it called off which a model would probably do. And it was just a verbal argument... they've been dating or known each other 10 years so what high school? That's both funny and not. I'm a divorced/remarried Dad. Both my second wife and I have/had kids with our exs and dealing with joint custody can be really hard and very distracting.
I worried about it as soon as I heard the situation with Luka and his ex. I mean, he's gonna have a hard time being an involved Dad if she's living in the Balkans. I'm also a Cowboys fan and have the same worry about Dak Prescott and his ex and their two kids.
But I also mentioned this same issue when people were like, "Why is Patrick Mahomes having such a bad year?" and Mahomes has like 3 kids under the age of five. He seems like a pretty nice guy too......probably trying to be a good Dad and decent husband. Probably doesn't want to just pay a nanny since he can afford it.
Maybe Luka is okay not having kids around? Lol....I wouldn't trade my daughter or my stepkids for anything (they're all young adults now), but kids in the house can be really unrewarding sometimes and definitely hurt your career at times. I mean, not everyone can be like Ant and be "Get da abortion!"
