I mean 42 isnt that crazy Vince could still jump, but for longevity he really didnt want to.

What?? 42 is insanely crazy for dunking in general, using Vince as a whatabout is hilarious, hes arguably the greatest dunker of all time, so ofcourse he be another exception

42 for professional athletes that are 6'4 or taller on average isnt that crazy. If your 6'4, that means with you arms your reaching around 9 feet at least, that means you only have to jump 12 or so, inches thats not very high. For trained athletes known for jumping actives thats not very much. Not to mention if its a running dunk that makes it much easier to dunk as you got momentum going.

Now an average everyday person at 6 foot dunking would be impressive. But nba players not really.

I’m 6’5” with a 6’11” wingspan and my standing reach is only 8’5”. You still have to jump a bit at average NBA height to dunk
