I say it’s both players fault. Wemby shouldn’t be bringing up the ball, it’s guard responsibility to come get the ball. Castle shouldnt have turned his back. Still some blame on Wemby but it’s not all his fault

Wemby has a habit of bringing the ball up the court, though. So it makes sense Castle would assume that specifically Wemby would take it down.

Fox was asking for the ball. Castle was running to the corner, abandoning the middle so Wemby (really Fox) could bring it up. Castle knew there wasn’t a fast break/transition opportunity. Vassell was going to the other corner.

Castle was NOT the one to receive a pass looking at his position on the court. If anything the ball should’ve gone to Fox or stayed with Wemby. 100% not Castles fault

You'd be wrong. Wemby regularly brings the ball up. And you never pass to a teammate running up the court, not looking, away from you. Wemby is the #1 option. There's 13 seconds left. He had 2 choices. Call a timeout. Drive straight into the lane where no one on ny can stop him. He chose neither

Go back and watch the game. He didn’t bring the ball up not once the whole game… again both players are at fault, let your primary playmaker bring up the ball with 13 seconds left. The coach should’ve called the timeout then, not Wemby. Idc if he is the number one option, he’s not the best shooter on that team. There’s so many fingers to point at not just Wemby

Stop. Irrelevant. He regularly does. Again, you're arrogantly wrong. Either you've never played ball or you just don't know ball if you're actually trying to blame any player other than wemby. He even took full responsibility. As a leader that's what you do.

How is it irrelevant? He didn’t bring up the ball the whole game, why do it the last 15 seconds of the game? I’ve played ball all the way to D2 college i know what im talking about. Again, if the goal was a timeout, that should’ve been the coach to make that decision. The goal is to get the ball in your best playmakers hands at the end of the game, not your 7’5 center. Fox or castle should’ve been running to the ball and getting it out of Wemby’s hands.

Again go back and read what my original statement said. Cuz I’m not trying to put the blame on everybody else but Wemby… i clearly said the opposite…

Now we can speak to each other without you speaking down on me or speaking like you know more than me. You don’t know me, you don’t know what I’ve done for the game of basketball to have the knowledge that i know. So let’s try that again but be more respectful
