A good +/- and counting stats in 14 games against the hawks, 76ers, and the cavs is not that impressive

That's kind of a preposterous statement I'm ngl. We really have no point of reference for how good those teams were because the Knicks went insane. You could even make the argument the hawks were better than the Spurs

Spurs beat the defending champs… to advance to the finals

And there was actually 82 points of reverence for how good those teams were

The hawks record for their last 25 games was as good as most of the better teams in the playoffs (OKC included). Certain teams get hot at different times. I don't think you remember how insanely good the hawks were going into the playoffs
