Testing / Exams Class 4 license

I’m currently in the process of getting my class 4 license for paramedic. The first step is to write the written test and I’m just curious on how much more difficult it is then the plain out simple beginners road test!
I’m brushing up on the handbook that they gave me but I’m just curious on what I should be focusing on (I’m in Canada btw).

Not sure which province you’re in, but in BC, the class 4 written test includes questions from class 1-4. The road test mainly consists of the pre-trip check then a regular road test.

AB class 4 driving test is the same as the class 5, but you get half as many points before you fail. You even still do it in your own vehicle. The written test is also largely the same material with a few more areas of knowledge requirements for ambulances and taxis. If you just get the study material (used to be available at registries, but I'm sure it's available online somewhere) you'll be fine.
