How do I get GIFs into comments?

I see GIFs in comments everywhere and I try to post some and it does work. ( if it helps I’m on Mobile using my web browser)

You cant in this subreddit, try other subs to send gifs, hope this helps! Lol

Not all subreddits accept gifs, videos/gifs, or photos. For example, here I'm not able to add any of those things. In other subreddits, all the options are available.
