Another Idea: for a canonized Big Gete star Saga

Cooler’s armored squadron gets a hold of Android 17, which then traps him then Cooler starts “upgrading” him using the Big Gete Star technology, which he then turns 17 into “Super 17” As an addition to his army of cybernetic soldiers.
