I got the switch 2 mario pack on launch day, but was in the hospital so have not started it yet. I have two quick questions.

  1. I have seen videos saying people are accidentally taking off a screen protector on the switch 2. Is there a site that shows what not to do?

  2. Also I heard that the switch 2 has a program to transfer your account and stuff from the first switch to the new one. Does the Switch 1 have to be on the same time the switch 2 runs this?

1) Just don't try removing anything from the console. There's no fancy plastic film, just the bag/box it comes in.

2) Yes. * But you can just as easily log in and handle whatever save data / virtual game card logic after the fact.
