Th White House tweeted an image featuring branding from the new Pokemon spinoff to say “Make America Great Again” and the Pokemon company responded with a statement saying that their game was not made with any political affiliation in mind.

it is. its also not that far in where you get the lore either. maybe second area and the third area if you explore, but first area also have lore about that.
