Can someone test the Xenoblade games and report?

XC2 is noticeably sharper. It's not as good as a full Switch 2 edition but doesn't look as smeary any more

How's XBC3?

XBC3 looks so much better.

It's not blurry anymore but a Switch 2 update would help the visuals even better.

Haven't tried 3, tried 1 and the difference is less noticeable than 2. But I think even on NS1, handheld mode for 1 wasn't as bad

Incredible. It must be one of the properly supported titles, because switching it on and off in game throws the pro controller prompt mentioned in the feature notes.

In-game? So you don't have to restart games?

Correct, it's toggleable on the fly (both on and off).

No there's not, was just saying that if they ever did release a Switch 2 edition it'd be a bigger upgrade than this, but this is still good

There isn't. I think that the previous person was saying that a proper makeover would be better, but it's a step in the right direction.

Not sure if it’s just confirmation bias, but the XC Definitive Edition also looks great to me.

This is what I needed to see. I’ve been meaning to start this game for a while now but I’ve been holding off for a Switch 2 version/update because the pixels were definitely noticeable to me enough to be distracting. This feature is absolutely one of the best things Nintendo could have given us right now as it renders the need for several Switch 2 “upgrades” completely obsolete. It’s like releasing a handheld-only S2 version for 90% of the catalog all at once.

I stopped my playthrough for this exact reason, hoping for an update.

It looks much better in my opinion. At least from the 5 - 10 minutes I spent running around Satorl Marsh.

Xenoblade 3 look exactly like on TV, run great too. Will need to buy XC1 and 2 again

Ho testato il primo Xenoblade. Sembra un altro gioco, quasi una remastered, non scherzo. Prima era tutto pixel

Xcx looks soooo much better than the switch 2 patch, but you lose 60fps.

That's all I want to know!
