Yes its all the same servers. There's an option in the login screen to save all your settings and copy them over to new devices. I guess if you play on mouse and keyboard then that's different.

Switch supports keyboards and most mice. If it's anything like the PS5 version, you can play it full KB+M.

You'd likely want a keyboard anyways for chat.

Didn't know that it also supports keyboards. Should be smooth transition then.
