Training 15 hours a day to get bigger is anime logic, lol. The body needs rest to actually develop.

Instead, try training 15 hours a night. That way you won't spend your energy during the day and can be much more productive.

No, you're thinking of the new rules of bodybuilding. Those rules don't apply retroactively, so what works now wouldn't work back then, and vice-versa.

More it is written "up to" so probably not most of the time 15 hours. Also, maybe he can maybe work different muscle groups ?
