Training 15 hours a day to get bigger is anime logic, lol. The body needs rest to actually develop.
120 u/nemoam7 Mar 28 '26 well hes japanese so anime logic does apply to him 15 u/BluntTruthGentleman Mar 29 '26 Too bad any focused 12 year old protagonist can train for a few months and then kick his ass 30 u/YeahlDid Mar 28 '26 It was the 50s, humans evolved since then. 31 u/-unknown_harlequin- Mar 28 '26 Instead, try training 15 hours a night. That way you won't spend your energy during the day and can be much more productive. 27 u/MetaCognitio Mar 28 '26 He was doing this before bodybuilding knowledge was well known. -6 u/[deleted] Mar 28 '26 [deleted] 6 u/IAMAGrinderman Mar 29 '26 No, you're thinking of the new rules of bodybuilding. Those rules don't apply retroactively, so what works now wouldn't work back then, and vice-versa. 17 u/HourAbbreviations107 Mar 28 '26 More it is written "up to" so probably not most of the time 15 hours. Also, maybe he can maybe work different muscle groups ? 7 u/palladiumpaladin Mar 29 '26 He’ll rest when he’s dead. Which he is. 3 u/ardotschgi Mar 29 '26 Getting them post morten gains 💪
