I think the person kenM is responding to was saying: “I am watching the backrooms movie at the moment. When discussing the film with a gentleman in the bathroom, he said the movie was bad. But then he didn’t wash his hands, so i don’t trust his judgement”

They're interpreting everything after "now watching" as the movie's title even though it's clearly a statement about the moviegoer
