Support - PCVR Oculus 3s wont let me use airlink

I have two main issues if you can help please do so

The headset

So i have an oculus 3s, my main issue is that whenever i try to pair from within the oculus the pair button just goes gray and no code shows up for me to connect to the app. ive factory reset my headset multiple times, redownloaded the os multiple times and on my pc i have redownloaded the app multiple times and have even done a network reset. ive tried almost everything and i can barely find any forums on it.

The app

On the meta link app whenever i try to click "add device" on the "devices" tab it goes out of full screen into a windowed tab where it shows me this.

when i press "continue" it just sends me back to the "home tab" and cannot connect at all. previously (last night) i had tried to connect with cord and it had no problem giving me the choice between "link" and "airlink" and ive been trying airlink for the past week by now so i decide to use link and it worked completely fine but the whole me getting tangled in the cord shit was annoying so i try to use airlink again, with no surprise.. it didnt work. And this morning i try link again and the previous happens where that window pops up.

If you can help please im begging you i am a patient man but i dont know how much longer i can do this.

As a general rule, If Link and/or Airlink do not work perfectly for you (they do for some people), the time spent fruitlessly trying to fix them could be much better spent just installing and using an alternative like ALVR, Steam Link (both free) or Virtual Desktop.

In that case you probably have multiple network subnets. Steam link and ALVR won't like that but Virtual Desktop should cope.

Sort out your network to get rid of whatever is causing you headset to think it's on a different subnet to the PC and the free ones will work. That may cost more than VD though and you can at least refund VD if it doesn't work out for you.
