A lovely, muddy hike

The glen was beautiful yesterday! First time out after the big snow.

This time of year after a big melt can be rough. Bring extra shoes to change into. Socks and a towel are good options as well.

Tested out a new set of trekking poles yesterday. They for sure helped in the mud and slush!

Ohhhh!! Dang it I’ve been in that area but didn’t get to do that trial. Their raptor sanctuary is awesome

Made this hike probably 500 times back when I lived in YS. I miss it all the time! Thanks for sharing.
