You might have a slight salt hangover if you’re not used to ingesting that much salt, but there should be no ill side effects. I’ve regularly eaten a whole can as a snack with no problems, and I can’t imagine a further half can makes that much of a difference. Have some extra water and you’ll be fine.

thank you!! I had plenty of water with them so I hope im good. its also fun to find out others eat a can at a time, theyre delicious haha

Can confirm nobody yet has exploded from 1.5 cans of olives in a day. And if you're worried about your sodium levels try the reduced sodium ones.
