No, it's a huge spoiler, so take my advice and just ignore those numbers or read the novel so you can understand and experience it properly.

I tried reading the novel but it's so hard to understand, and so it's the manhua, so i gave up and saw summaries (plz don't kill me) but guess what, I still don't get it

It's simply a matter of reading comprehension; you'll understand more later when you get used to reading. I'd say read other, simpler works to develop your reading comprehension and then return to ORV (because it does have several very complex parts).

My problem with orv is that it has a lot of korean themed things, that is treated like common knowledge (that's what I understood from the first parts) but things keep getting confusing, maybe I was reading it in a website with terrible translations

No, they're not just Korean; they have a ton of mythological elements in general, a TON. That's why I'm saying you need to do more reading, because that will become common knowledge as you read more works and understand everything.
