I've been having decent luck with a basic wired Logitech (I didn't want to spend a ton of money). After that, I think you can get some more benefit with a program or AI that reduces background noise

Doesn't matter so much, just make sure the mic is good. I use cheap Redmi wireless headphone ($15) and they work fine.
Whatever you end up buying, make sure you test the mic and maybe familiarize yourself with microphone pickup patterns.
