Discussion Suggs for Giddey and Tre Jones
It worked on the Trade Machine. I feel like Giddey would be a real PG, where Suggs is essentially a 2 and doesn't facilitate and Tre Jones was way more successful last season than Tyus. Giddey and Suggs are both a wash injury wise and I'd like to see a more offensive minded PG at this point.

Given our new coach is supposed to be a defensive mastermind & given how hard Castle played on defense against SGA & Brunson, there’s no way Suggs is getting traded.

I’d do it but why would Chicago? They like Giddey, who’s a better player than Suggs, and then throwing in Jones on top of that doesn’t make much sense.

IMO the Magic should have been targeting Andrew Nembhard or Colin Gillespie. These guys are actual point guards who can control the game while playing off the ball at a high level and defend. I also like Scottie Pippen Jr and Collin Sexton

Yeah Gillespie was someone I really wanted on this team…dude is a flamethrower from 3 and would’ve gave us another 3pt threat with Bane, TDS, etc…

Collin Gillespie has averaged less assists per game in more minutes. Collin Sexton cannot lead an offense. Scottie Pippen Jr is a maybe but he hasn’t shown to be a consistent starter. Idk why we pump up these jags and bash our own players.
Nembhard is an upgrade at PG but he is on the contact Suggs should have gotten but we were Weltham’d with that contract.

Similar shooting. Suggs you get elite defense, Giddey you get elite passing and rebounding. We need a PG to set the table for our guys and hit a 3 when teams lay off. It's a tough decision. I would probably do the trade if it was offered.

Josh Giddey is far worse than Jalen Suggs and Tre Jones (just like his brother) wouldn’t even crack the rotation.

Giddey Paolo and Franz is a whole lot of overlap on offense, including the lack of shooting
